When a malfunctioning elevator leaves a woman stranded, she turns to her reflection for company, discovering unexpected freedom within confinement.
Paulinho Caruso was born in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1983. The son of a cartoonist, he grew up surrounded by comic books, graphic novels, and animation. A frustrated musician, he started making music videos for friends’ bands and quickly migrated to short films, TV series, and advertising. He is currently finishing his second feature film, “Passport to Poland,” a Brazilian-Polish co-production. Since 2007, he has worked as a film director at O2 Filmes.
